A new approach for case management solutions. Organisations looking to implement case management applications have traditionally tried to do so in one of two ways.

• Off the shelf solutions provide out of the box support for industry specific processes. Although such systems often prove effective and easy to use, they are invariably expensive to run and provide little flexibility to adapt.
• Generic BPM or workflow systems can provide excellent flexibility but typically at the expense of a rather less intuitive interface for end users.

iCasework has been designed to provide the benefits of both approaches but without the downsides!

How it works

iCasework has been designed around a core model of case management together with a number of building blocks easily combined to mirror your business process. Processes and components are configured through WYSIWYG designers and wizard driven preference editors, requiring no programming skills.
